Air conditioner worked great, shutters closed for mid day naps, and the breakfast food and coffee service was an exceptional addition since walking down to find food each day would have added a lot of steps each day.
Lots of steps but it was clear when looking at the what's app info the owner provided just before the arrival time.

The views from the balcony are amazing. Host is great and responsive. The room is very clean. The breakfast on the outside terrace is wunderfull, as is the staff.
The room is in a quietfull location, but the walls with the adjecent room are thin.
