Quiet location. Friendly staff.
We had asked for 2 separate beds in the reservation and were replied that would be done with no extra charge. There was only one big bed. Pay closer attention to these details.

Great location, flight of steps up to accommodation which has a lovely garden. We had a ground floor apartment which had a seating area under a pergola.
Nothing really. Breakfast in the garden room had plenty of choice.

Everything was great. This is the only B&B that we stayed at that actually had an true North American breakfast(served by a waitress). All the other B&B's that we stayed in said they offered breakfast BUT was only a croissant and a cappuccino.(that is their version of breakfast.)
Paying extra for breakfast and getting nothing for it. Booking.com needs to up their game and stop listings that falsify their info.
This place was perfect. It was right beside Villa Rufulo. We did have to climb about 30 steps.

It's located very close to the central plaza.
(-) The owner wasn't available, didn't respond to our messages, before and during our stay.
(-) They don't have a parking spot, so you have to park and pay at the public parking.
(-) Room facilities weren't at a high standard.
