You get what you pay for

The room was large with a full kitchen which we really appreciated. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. It was priced well so I would probably stay here again.

The only thing that this booking down was the cleanliness, the bathroom ceiling and walls were brown, and the fridge leaked water on the floor. The dishes were also not very clean.

Nice place to stay

The overall experience was pretty good, the room was clean, the bathroom, shower, toilet everything were clean, which is always important. The beds were good too, so it was a good place.

We didnt see anyone for check in or anything and overall we havent seen any of the personnel. Also in the room there were only two chairs, while we booked for three people

Good location and perfect for our needs.

This motel was exactly what we needed for a quick one-night stay before heading further north for a hike to Cape Brett. The facilities were exactly as outlined and the room was clean and comfortable. Nothing extra was needed and would stay here again if the need arose.

Rm12 had one double bed and a single bed. The double bed gave me a sore back so jumped into the single bed which was nice and firm and was great for my back.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean tidy room with comfy bedding, lovely air con, handy kitchen facilities, great shower pressure and you didn't hear any street noise - which we really appreciated.

The bathroom door didn't stay closed from the outside (it did lock from the inside though)

The place was old, dated and needed alot of maintance. The gardens were full of weeds up to 1m high. The accessible parking spot is not fit for purpose as it has a rough stone wall one side with a drop off over 1m. This would be the worst kept accommodation I have ever seen and is an example of New Zealands sub standard state of accommodation

Clean and tidy. Great staff, easy to communicate with, loads of parking, great value.

Very clean bathroom and kitchen which is a big deal for me. Everything needed at hand and the beds were comfortable. Sky sports was a great bonus and chrome casting from our phones was easy.

We were there for tournament week, so unfortunately for us "old people" (40s), there was a soccer team running up and down the balcony and stairwell making a lot of noise. However, they settled down around 10pm.
