When checking in Glynnis was super! So very helpful than and later. And the owner was super too. Everyine was so nice, pleasant and helpful. Mad the stay so much nicer.

Good to have two bedrooms. Plenty of space for 3 adults. Right on bypass and therefore to Kamo, Kensington and town.

Right on bypass road so some traffic noise. Rooms and appliances need updating, especially bathroom which had no bench space and an old, step up, slippery shower box.

Great Stay - Fabulous Staff.

Well set out rooms. Comfortable sleep. Size of the room was great. Easy to reach location and also close to town. The staff were very helpful and super friendly. Clean and tidy.

My first choice motel at Whangarei

Everything was perfect. This was my third stay with my work group. Everyone was happy. In particular, the unit was very quiet, warm, and comfortable. Sierra provides two pillows for each of us: a thicker one and a thinner one. This is so thoughful that everyone can find their best suitable pillow! It is such small details that make the service outstanding!

Floor was lumpy & thin carpet ,cold. Scalding hot water, no ph reception, no hair dryer, no power point in bathroom, cheap nasty cutlery, no heat in cook top, dirty fry pan, noisy fridge we had to turn off to sleep, spider webs In curtain folds, no fan in bathroom & windiw restricters broken, no mirror in bedroom, needs a mattress topper...etc

A very comfortable stay with thanks

A very comfortable stay. Central location with easy walking distance to local shops. It is located on main street but it is very quiet at night. I had a very good sleep even if I am a light sleeper. The room was very tidy and the bed was very comfortable. The motel host Kath was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again.
