The property is in an amazing location , excellent accessibility to trails to Glendalough Lower and upper lakes.
Heating isn’t working and we had to rely on comforters and Breakfast could have been better

The breakfast was excellent, (maybe the bacon could have done with an extra minute under the grill, but for what I wanted it ticked all the boxes .
the view from our room (228) was absolutely class, and an ideal location to take it Glendalough and everything it has to offer .
nice mix of locals and tourists using the bar which is always good to see .
food was lovely
bar/bistro staff were a great bunch , and the young lady at breakfast was very pleasant.
will we be back ?
yes .
I'm an early starter in the mornings, so maybe an earlier breakfast time would suit some . it would have suited me Saturday and Sunday morning .

The setting is spectacular and you just walk out of the hotel to enjoy the marvelous nature all around you. We had lunch, breakfast and dinner there and the food was lovely.
