We arrived at Amsterdam Centraal very early, and unfortunately, we got soaked in the rain. However, the reception staff welcomed us in, even though the cafe was not yet open.
The room we were given was large, and the bathroom was very spacious. The shower was separated from the toilet, which was really nice. One thing to note is that they don’t have elevators, so you’ll need to climb a few steep stairs, which could be difficult if you have large luggage.
The staff was very nice and accommodating; they were kind to us. They also provided some recommendations around the area and was able to help us with directions.
Additionally, the location is very convenient, just a 3-5 minute walk from Amsterdam Centraal. Overall, we had a wonderful and pleasant stay.
