No breakfast included. Because tourists abourist it,ate like pigs then left half i simpothe with the hotel
I say this about all hotels in nl,shower cubicles need slip matts especially for the elderly have tripped twice but not put in a claim. Maybe....

A great location in the city centre. Very adequate wifi and very helpful and cordial staff.
The room was too hot even though outside it was around 5-7 degrees C and the heating was turned off. However the staff provided a fan which eased the heat considerably.

Location is a 5-min walk from Amsterdam Centraal which is a bonus point.
Room lacks a window and it felt a bit suffocating. The fridge is just like a tiny cupboard with a blue light - no cooling, whatsoever. Staff can be more helpful. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations and maybe there will be better rooms after July
