Great location, clean room, nice view, quiet location.

An extra chair by the window would have been nice so both occupants could sit and look out the window

Very clean, efficient and in a good location, particularly for being close to the centre and the station. The walk up to the room isn’t the easiest, but not a problem for us. There’s also no communal area, although again this was fine for us as we mainly used the hotel as a base while visiting the F1 at Zandvoort. Overall, a very convenient place with everything needed for a short stay.

Beautiful, historic building. Well-maintained rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Very cool spiral staircase that you’ll be walking up every time you go to your room.

Location was nice - easy to find

The key cards kept not working - to the point we regularly had to get new ones The lack of full length mirror in room? There was a small wall one in the bathroom. Bit not good when you are dressing to go out in the evening. The bathroom ceiling fan was not working which left a not so nice smell from the drains etc - we did contact the virtual assistants to address this - however, there wasn’t a great outcome on this. Having to wait so long for an iron (as the description /details implied there would be an iron in the room -) after requesting many times was not great - a steamer was provided instead. Not great when you’ve got to be somewhere and you can’t because we are told someone else has the iron in the building / and might have taken it.
