    This hotel has what they call climate control, which basically means no air conditioning!!! they give you a little portable fan because it was well over 85° in our room we complained several times but nothing they could do!!! Also, they give you a mini refrigerator. Well, ours did not work and they didn’t care to fix it or replace it with a new different one!!! The location is great, but that is all!!

    Rooms large. A little bit if a rabbit warren to find your way arount. Big caveat. No ac and it was uncomfortable during Europe heat wave. Would recommend in off season or the winter..

    Nice hotel, the rooms are spacious, we were in the new part of the hotel. The first room they gave us was below ground on the same level as the swimming pool which was a disappointing room . On request they were happy to move us to a 2nd level room which was lovely. Very comfortable beds. The location is great.

    I stayed in the original part of the building, which has a lot of character. As a conversion of an early 20th century office building the layout is unusual, and the character suppresses any modern ambiance. Close to the central station, which means it is a little away from the heart of amsterdam
