These are minor drawbacks, as we would have returned to the hotel anyway :) - I wasn't impressed with the service in the restaurant (not very friendly, probably tired at the end of the day). - The cheese and cold meats plate on the menu consisted of 95% cold meats (I was hoping for more cheese), and the bread starter was mediocre (rolls and store-bought wheat breadsticks).

The hotel was very strict on the number of pax per room stating that there is no way for eg a 3 pax suite can accommodate for 4. Hence for 7 pax (3 young kids) had to book 3 rooms. When we went into the 3 pax suite, there were 4 beds. So I don’t understand why they don’t allow us to book 2 rooms instead. I could have paid for one extra pax, but I think it is wrong to have to pay for one extra room. In addition the restaurant was bad. Served us undercooked pasta. After feedback they went to microwave the plate but it was still undercooked. We told them, they did nothing, and still proceed to charge us for it

Great view and great staff.

Fantastic view of the lake from our room. The balcony was big and close to the water. We spent time sitting on the balcony bar which also has great views of the lake. The bar tender was very helpful. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom. On checking out my wife left her purse on the counter and as we were driving into Limone - a very lovely lakeside town to visit - we received a phone call from the receptionist to tell us the purse was safe and she would look after it until we returned to collect it. Very impressive and indicative of our stay here.

Shame beautiful location

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The view was lovely.

Food quality was poor, although breakfast was plentiful with a big choice. Ate in the restaurant 3 times, each time poor meals. Steak was chewy, and spaghetti flavourless , and , chicken came out uncooked.. we weren't charged, but we would rather of had nice meals.

Pleasant Stay but glad it was just for 1 night!

Staff friendly and the location is right on lake Garda with great views of the lake and mountains. Our room basic but clean which is important. We had dinner at the restaurant and both ordered lamb but unfortunately my partner's lamb was not cooked correctly so had to be sent back. The breakfast buffet however was pleasant and has a good selection, they even had a smoothie machine that you can conjure up your own, very tasty. Pool area is nice that you can relax by and see the lake and the water sports that are going on there.

The room could have been better in terms of modernising!

Breakfast was good. Location was great. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. Muna was helpful in arranging an alternative transport as we had lost our arranged taxi due to the missed flight. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great lake view and quiet location

Beautiful location on the side of the lake. Very friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. Although I didn't use them, a windsurfing school and facilities were available on site directly on the lake. Also free bikes to ride along the cycle path by the lake. A 4km drive into Limone sul Garda and the array of restaurants and shops

Parking was very tight and difficult to get in and out of, but probably the same in most locations here.

The location of the hotel is not ideal for people who want to visit limone. The room was ok but not qualified for the price we paid. The hotel is well suited for summer time when it is hot. There is not much to do when it rains. One of the reasons we booked this hotel is the proximity to the ciclopiste (A floating deck over the lake for bikes). To our disappointment there were no bikes for children at the hotel.

Good, can be great but...

Very nice view (room with sea view and balcony). Very good situation, near Riva. New bathroom (but a problem of water temperature in the shower). Lots of equipment in the hôtel. Lots of food for the breakfast. New bike road near the hôtel. Sauna with very nice window, you can see the lake and mountain inside the Sauna.

Some parts of the hotel which need some works (gape on the wall and rust near the little beach in the hôtel, poor light on the bar on level 0, problem of stability of water temperature in the shower). Parking not easy when you have sport car (big slope). The front desk a little bit narrow minded. The front desk ask us three times one of our passport (stay in the car, lots of rain outside...). OK we understand, not necessary to repeat us again and again. The front desk not upgrade us (instead of bigger rooms were available). We (two adults) have booked a sea room view with balcony, and ask a sea room view with terrace if possible. Front desk answer : pay more and more... No way.

Location is five star. Being able to lake swim with ease was lovely. Food in the restaurant for dinner was nice also. Reception staff and bartender on roof top terrace were particularly helpful and friendly.

Rooms are much smaller and basic than expected. I feel the photos can be misleading. We upgraded for a room with a terrace. The noise from above was very disruptive/ loud with other guest pulling chairs /loungers etc across the floor all the time. Walls very thin also. Rooms were cleaned but not always swept and we found quite a lot of ants around by the end of our stay. Very secluded, on foot it’s around 30-40 min walk to limone. Bike available but road cycling is not for the faint hearted and the walk paths to limone are extremely steep and cobbled. It would be good if the hotel offered a shuttle for dinner time etc. Taxis are also extremely expensive 14 -16 euro for a 2 mins drive.

the room was quite small for the money we paid … some people of the staff in the restaurant seemed overworked or/and stressed and weren’t that patient /kind the decoration and atmosphere in the restaurant inside felt a bit unpersonal and massaal

View, quietness, pool was wonderful. Breakfast as plentiful. Rooms are good size, lots of space to get away from other people, constant breeze kept us cool in extreme heat. Lots of water sports available to learn.

Entry into the lake could be made more comfortable. Lots of sharp rocks upon entry. Lake had less water than usual so ladders were not helpful. Hotel food menu was too repetitive after a week! Could provide option for requests for eggs (omelettes, fried eggs, etc.) at breakfast (eggs already prepared were always way too dry!).

clean rooms and nice staff, beautiful pool area and never over crowded. car parking handy right outside and lovely lake side areas too.

fixed restaurant times and the bar closed at 11pm. i wouldn’t class this as a 4 star hotel. didn’t quite meet our expectations for what we paid but was still lovely.
