Great place for windsurfers

Lovely location with its own waterfront and windsurfing facilities, a little cafe-bar there too

If you’re not windsurfing it would be better to stay in town at Riva del Garda. The room was generally clean, but the shower was a bit moldy in the corners and the grout. Breakfast is just OK.

Great view to lake from our balcony

- The view from the room overlooking the lake was super! We stayed on 4th floor. - Big balcony - Friendly, helpful and informative staff. Both on arrival and while having breakfast - Good and varied breakfast - Super location if enjoying watersports - Restaurant connected to hotel, where we ate dinner with lake view (and we arrived quite late aprox 9pm)

- hotel was used and appeared a bit worn out; could use an overall opdate - we was unlucky that very bad smell from the toilet. It disappeared during the night. Until it did, we had to have open door to balcony

Very Enjoyable

Location by the surf school was ideal. Very clean but basic, however sufficient for a short stay. Good breakfast options to suit all tastes. I can recommend the beach side Bistro next to the hotel. Good menu options, very friendly and excellent with children. Very good Tiramisu too!

Do get deck chairs early on the lakeside terrace or they will be towelled, with the reservations made by those already out sail or wind surfing. Parking tight and a bit chaotic, but doable. There is no Resturant at the Hotel and the coast road trip in is interesting (only by car or limited public transport), but I can recommend the beach side Bistro next to the hotel. Very good Tiramisu! More than compensates.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, great location for swimming and surfing, room was very clean and comfortable, the lake’s view was amazing. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of choice.

The spot is perfect for windsurfers. Good facilities for storing windsurfing equipment and a great rental center on the premises.

Uncomfortable beds and the rooms need renovation. Don't go here if you're not a windsurfer. But if you're a windsurfer the downsides are compensated by the great location on the lake!

Depending on what you are looking for, this might be the place for you

Quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly staff. If you are looking for a place directly on the lake with direct access to the water and great wind surfing, this would be the perfect place for you. If you want easy, walking access to shops and restaurants this is NOT the place for you.

No walking access to shops or restaurants; on-site restaurant closes around 20:00 for dinner. Parking a bit difficult.

Old looking but clean and nice hotel. Huge balcony with lake view. Also nice variety of food breakfast.

Hotel is situated faw away from the actual Limone city so we need to travel everywwhere by a car, since there was just a busy road right between hotel and a beach/pier. Beach was just a pier for surfists, which was expected.

Room was very clean and comfortable, the lake’s view was amazing. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of choice. The connection from the hotel to the lake is a very safe way also for the children. The surf club is very organize. All the hotel staff is very professional. Thank you for ours fantastic vacation.

Surprisingly good food in a slightly tired hotel

Great sun terrace outside the room, with a view of lake garda. An excellent table d'hôte meal - just 2 options for the pasta and for the primi platti, but all done very well indeed. Pasta al dente, perfect freshly made sauce, huge buffet for the anti-pasti. A lovely polished marble floor in the public areas.

Finding the hotel wasn't easy, it's by itself, right on the main road. Impossible to walk to any where, and a bit scary getting the car in & out. Slightly down-at-heel smell around the whole hotel, and things are getting worn

Einfache Einrichtung, minimalistische Ausstattung

Frühstück war gut. Das Restaurant vorne am Strand ist sehr gut.

Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Karges Zimmer. Zeitweise Stromausfall im Zimmer. Renovierungsbedürftig. Für Nicht Surfer eher nicht geeignet da nicht so schöner Seezugang bzw nur für Surfer. Liegt direkt an der Strasse nach Limone mit Zugang zum See. Teure Parkpkätze wenn das Auto grösser ist. Keine Möglichkeit mal woanders als an den Surferstrand zu gehen, da das Hotel direkt am Berg / Strasse steht.

Na tarasie leżak i stolik z krzesłami. Wygodne łóżka i czyste pokoje i łazienka. Śniadania przepyszne i urozmaicone. Blisko plaża a na niej leżaki gratis. Atmosfera sportów wodnych. Parking pod hotelem i zawsze dostępne miejsca.

Prachtige locatie, mooie kamer, goede bedden en goed uitgebreid ontbijt.

De douche was prima, helaas wel verouderd. WiFi was slecht.
