Fabulous hotel, wonderful staff and location, we will be back!

Fabulous hotel, everything was wonderful. Staff are amazing and did everything possible to meet your every need. Beautiful location with fantastic views, the hotel is set beside a busy road, but due to its clever design there was no traffic noise. Outdoor heated infinity pool was lovely and the spa was super. We had a room with a balcony and great view. The hotel runs a free shuttle bus into nearby Limona Sur Garda. We absolutely loved it and will go back.

We stayed at Eala on Lake Garda and it was simply amazing. The food was outstanding, the staff genuinely kind and attentive, the surroundings breathtaking, and the cleanliness impeccable. Everything came together to make it an unforgettable experience.

Stunning oasis on Garda

At the price I think the additional breakfast menu options should be included. The waiter we had at the dinner in the hotel forgot to bring ordered drinks having been reminded twice, this seemed to be an issue generally as two other tables also had a problem with waiting on their drinks and getting the wrong food order. The couple behind us took the wrong order because they said they had been waiting too long already. Additionally the waiter was standing behind our table and seemed unwell as he coughed most of the evening. Maybe an off day but perhaps shouldn’t have been in work coughing over the meals.

Swimming pool and spa are great, view is nice if you get a room that does not have a tree in front of it

Paid for room with lake view, got a room with tree view. Gym is poorly equipped and extremely basic, gym, spa and swimming pool close at 7pm 😱. Breakfast staff are not very bright, dont know the basics about coffee and hospitality. Rooms are noisy because of ventilation that turns on at 5am to make sure you don't sleep too much.

Location is beyond imagination

Everything was great! I just have two comments about things to improve: first, beach on the lake is not cleaned: even around 10 am there are empty bottles, dirty glasses, food left from previous night and nobody is cleaning it. Guests have to remove dirty towels from cabanas by themselves … This must be fixed! Check out procedure was very slow. It took very long to get a car from the garage. I beleive you know in advance the guests who are checking out on certain day and their respective cars could be brought from the garage by noon time. The rest was just perfect, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks a lot!

We were very happy to stay in EALA. Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Room, hotel, swimming pool area and Spa center are very very clean. Excellent breakfast. Probably the best we had. Our room was very quiet and size of the room was big enough. Bed was very comfortable as well. Had nice experience in SENSO reastaurant and we were invited to the kitchen where we could see Mr. Alfio Ghezzi and his professional team! Thanks for that. RECOMMEND this hotel to everyone who is looking for the best service!

Fantastic location overlooking Lake Garda with direct direct access to a private beach. Spacious, modern rooms with balcony and lake view. Great breakfast and evening meal, staff very attentive. Amazing Spa with indoor pool plus outdoor infinity pool. We will be back.

Discover card not accepted Pay at check in Loud above room 24/7 Music in hallways starting early AM No heat in rooms No sunscreen in pool area or locker room Breakfast buffet has fruit but it’s cut a while ago because it’s mushy (imagine mushy 3 day old strawberries) Pool doesn’t open until 11am-ish (or when they feel like it) and closes at 7pm Drinks/snacks by pool don’t start until noon No beach bar/grill as shown online (always closed) No beach service (towels/drinks) No hot water the first full day Beach grille looks open but when asked they are just preparing for May 23 opening.

We stayed for 2 nights are part of our honeymoon. Everything about this hotel is perfect and 5 star. Without doubt one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The food, service, room and location were all amazing. What sets EALA apart is the attention to detail and the little things that are done for you. We will defiantly be back and highly recommend anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Lake Garda to book here, you will not be disappointed.

The staff and service was incredible! The property is clean and on high specification. Great value for money as it exudes total luxury. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant and the attention to detail. The staff was always very helpful and have smiles on their faces. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it sure that it was very special for us. very special stay

This was an impulsive booking as we changed direction so I didn’t really know what to expect. Well, we were blown away, such a special property with amazing staff, views and facilities.

We were on the top floor and could hear footsteps from the restaurant above.
