Very friendly and helpful staff in a boutique hotel.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. My room was huge, and although it was on the street side it was very quiet. The hotel is close to some delicious restaurants.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything but if you are a solo female traveler you need to be aware there is no 24 hr reception so if you are late back to the hotel you have to let yourself in through a side door with a code (the staff take you through this and make sure you know how to get in) and I never felt unsafe.

Stately and spacious room with all you med for a nice stay

Lovely hotel

We had a short but nice stay in Hotel Zollhaus. The room was big and beautiful with a second floor, big bathroom with bathtub and nice views. We walked from the train station in about 20 minutes and the hotel and feeling of the place was calm and beautiful. We never met anyone from the hotel but staff from the restaurant helped us and everything went smoothly.

It was a little bit different to not meet anyone and the directions on checking in and out wasn't that clear but everything worked out well and we didn't have any questions anyways.

Stately residence with friendly staff

Friendly staff, nice rooms, bespoke breakfast. All very Covid-19-correct! Convenient for exploring the city of Schleswig, and almost ON the Ochsenweg Trail. Indian and chinese restaurants within 400 yards.

Pretty building.

I believe other than Airbnb, this is the only hotel in town. The room and beds were comfortable and towels and sheets were crisp white. All information about the town was compiled in a neet folder in the room. Parking is free.

There is no staff. We arrived late, received a code for the back door entrance. There was no housekeeping. We did not have toilet paper and there was nobody to ask for it. Besides, the shower was very akward to get into and the handshower kept falling off its holder.

Leider nicht gut 😔

Zur Ankunft würde ich freundlich begrüßt, danach habe ich das Personal jedoch nicht mehr gesehen, da man einen Seiteneingang nutzen sollte, was problemlos funktionierte. Das Zimmer von der Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber völlig in Ordnung.

Leider war das Badezimmer alles andere als sauber. Offensichtlich wurde hier einfach länger nicht gereinigt, was den Staub auf den Ablageflächen erklären würde. Die Fugen der Dusche waren leider extrem verdreckt. Zudem wurde das Wasser in der Dusche nicht warm.

Hotel i flot gammel bygning med gode værelser og fremragende morgenmad.

Dejlig beliggenhed lige ved Gottorp Slot og med terrasse og have ud mod slottet. Superfin morgenmad. Pæne værelser i fin størrelse.

Toller Service in schönem historischen Ambiente

Nettes, sauberes Zimmer; schön sind vor allem die Zimmer nach hinten raus mit Blick auf den Schlossgarten. Tolle Lage: direkt am Schloss Gottorf, Bushaltestelle 100 m entfernt; von da kommt man sowohl in die Altstadt als auch nach Haithabu. Ausgesprochen freundlicher Service: wir wurden auf der Hinfahrt angerufen, damit unsere Zimmer bei der Ankunft fertig sein konnten. Sehr gutes Frühstück, das in einem hübschen, historischen Ambiente serviert wurde; auch hier sehr netter Service. Im Sommer kann man wohl auch auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Und das Beste: es gibt den ganzen Tag Kaffeespezialitäten und selbstgezapftes Bier gratis!

Die Kopfkissen waren viel zu weich.

Gemütliches Hotel mit historischem Flair

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Freibier ist in einem Hotel auch ein ungewöhnliches Highlight. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig. Die Lage am Rande des Schlossparks ist traumhaft.

Die Dusche erfordert gewisse sportliche Fähigkeiten.

Als Zwischenstop auf dem Weg nach Norwegen zu empfehlen

Die individuelle Ausstattung der öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten des historischen Hauses ist sehr schön. Die freigiebige Nutzung von Kaffeemaschine und Bierzapfhahn hat uns sehr erfreut. Die Lage der Terrasse ist herrlich.
