Nice room, but a real hassle to get the key to the room - no one on-site to check us in

Nice room, very clean.

No one on-site to check us in. Almost impossible to find the key to the room. I had to find someone that could speak to the staff on the phone. The key was in another building, actually in the parking garage, in a slot that we had to get the code from to get in. It was a big hassle.

Clean, pleasant, comfortable and good location

I’ve stayed here several times over the years, it’s clean, practical and comfortable. Location is excellent too, I travel by rail to Schleswig and take the bus to the town centre and from there it’s a short walk to the accommodation.

The only negative point is that there is a motion activated timer on the lights in the hallway and it is set to such a short time that lights go off regularly when you wait for the lift or collect things from the fridge. I couldn’t imagine sitting out in the common areas as a result. It’s November and dark early so this was a bit of an inconvenience.

Nice place with a fantastic mattress

The big mattress was firm but still supporting the body well, one of the best I've ever slept in. Quiet location and free garage parking next door

It would be nice if the room had a fridge. I think the interior could have been laid out better. It seems like we couldn't get access to the lift if using the back door (which was closest to the parking garage).

Perfect modern rooms in a historic building.

What a lovely little place! Very clean, functional, new rooms in a historical building. Very quiet part of town, but very close to downtown and all the sights. Lots of free parking opportunities available.

Modern rooms

We really like the modern design of our room. We like the small fridge outside the rooms to put our stuff. We just stayed one night and it was just fine.

When we arrived there was nobody at the reception and the key was not at the box.

Amazing place for a city break

This place is amazing, I love it. The room was super nice and all the hotel has a unique lovely style. Self check in super easy, position very good (just 10 minutes walking from the center) Breakfast wonderful, don't miss it

The ceiling window and curtain was to be managed by a remote control but the control was not working, it was completely dead - perhaps new batteries were needed? Because the window couldn’t be opened the room was very hot.

Exceptional

Very clean and contemporary, location is great and quiet. There was a small kettle , tea, coffee. A lovely sitting area outside the room. Everything felt spacious and clean. We also opted for the breakfast which had very good selections.

Ich würde sofort wieder hingehen!

Absolut ruhig und entspannt. Kühlschrank war zwar im Gemeinschaftsbereich aber vorhanden. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre unter dem Dach, auch einfach nur, um sich im Zimmer zu entspannen. Das Restaurant unten sehr interessant. Das Bett war sehr gut! Habe mich über das Bücherregal gefreut, und auch ein Buch gelesen. Prima auch der Geschirrschrank im Gemeinschaftsbereich für zusätzliche Tassen und Gläser.

Abends war die Lichtphase im Gemeinschaftsbereich zu kurz, gerade wenn man still stand, z.B. beim Tassenholen, ging das Licht superschnell wieder aus. Einmal bin ich beim Aufstehen an eine Balkenkante gestoßen, Vorsicht, besonders für große Menschen. Das waren aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Ohne Auto sollte man Spaß daran haben, die vielen Fußwege in die Stadt zu erkunden. Mir gefällt das.

Ich bin mit dem W-Lan absolut unzufrieden gewesen, es war unzuverlässig, öfter gab es keine Verbindung, insgesamt also schlecht.
