the place is basically a restaurant with guest rooms on the upper floors, which means is quite noisy till the restaurant closes down. additionally, it lacks AC so you have to keep the window open, and you can hear loud noise from the city

Beds are queekie, you hear everything others do in their rooms, had a washing machine (or something like that) right next to my room, the bathroom was extremely tiny and barely suitable for overweight people.

The beer in the hotel is over priced and not well poured or maintained. Much better deal at the bar/food bistro at the harbour.

Gut und ausreichend, nur eben die Stadt, Bahn und Busverkehr benötigt neue personelle Verantwortung!

Frühstücksangebot sehr gut!!! Nicht so wichtig, aber die Eier hätten vielleicht 2 min länger gebraucht (da eventuell frisch, noch sehr weich...), aber dennoch okay. Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk ruhig und nach hinten, kein Straßenverkehr hier bemerkt.

Wendeltreppe mit wechselnen Stufen, etwas steil, mit Gepäck muß man aufpassen, kein Fahrstuhl. In der Außenwerbung überwiegt Pizzeria..., wir dachten zuerst, Hoteleingang woanders... Pizza-"Duft" strömte nicht hinauf zum Zimmer, aber am Empfang doch schon erheblich, aber nicht immer... Hotel-Lage gut im Ort; allerdings verweisen die Straßen sehr, viel Leerstand, kein guteer Anblick, Busverkehr etwas fragwürdig, im Winterhalbjahr werden nicht alle Haltestellen bedient, die Haltestellenschilder abmontiert und man kann dann rätseln, kommt Bus oder nicht??? Erscheinungsbild Bahnhof Schlesweig sehr übel! Keine Visitenkarte für Schleswig... Shuttel-Busverbindung zwischen Schloß Gottorf und Haithabu-Museum sollte eigentlich sein, wurde aber Ende Oktober eingestellt obwohl während der Wikinger-Ausstellung Schloß bis 2.11. eigentlich zugesagt; das städtische Busunternehmen hatte nicht informiert und die Leute standen wie blöd vor der eigentlich gedachten Haltestelle Oberlandesgericht (mit abmontierten Bushaltstellenschildern). - Der Tourismus in Schleswig offenbar ohne Kompetenz!

Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln recht gut erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück ! Die angeschlossene Pizzeria hat ein sehr reichhaltiges und interessantes Angebot und schmeckte hervorragend. Nettes Zimmer mit kleinem Kühlschrank.

Die Treppen sind extrem Steil . Für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht zu empfehlen.

„Rundum angenehm mit herzlichem Service“ Rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Das Badezimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber funktional, und die Betten sind bequem – man schläft wirklich gut. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist fair. Eigener Parkplatz vorhanden, und auch auf der Straße gibt es ausreichend Stellmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist ideal: fast direkt am Wasser und nur wenige Schritte von der Schlei-Promenade entfernt. Die zur Unterkunft gehörende Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss bietet ein gutes, stimmiges Angebot. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Adresse für eine Übernachtung mit herzlichem Service und solider Ausstattung.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt

Der wirklich herzliche Empfang stimmte sehr positiv auf die Übernachtung ein. Das Haus ist klein und schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das Zimmer war sauber und genügte unseren Ansprüchen. Man muss wissen, dass man eine bis zwei Etagen eine steile Treppe hoch steigen muss. War für uns aber kein großes Problem. Auf dem Frühstücksbuffett findet jeder etwas, die Auswahl war ausreichend. Die Lage zwischen Schloss Gottorf und Innenstadt Schleswig war für uns ideal, Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor dem Haus, bzw. eine Straße weiter, so dass man gut und schnell vom Bahnhof aus am Hotel ist.

Etwas frisches Obst wäre schön beim Frühstück gewesen. Unser Zimmer lag zur morgens viel befahrenen Straße raus, es war allerdings nicht störend laut.

Naja - für eine Nacht okay.

Das Personal war sehr nett, wir konnten das Auto sicher im Hinterhof parken und waren zufuß schnell am Hafen / in der Stadt.

Das Hotel liegt direkt über dem hauseigenen Pizza-Grill, so dass es im Zimmer nach Pizza und Grill roch. Der kleine Kühlschrank rumpelte und knackte in unregelmäßigen Abständen - das störrt nachts sehr. Das Bad war mikroskopisch und ohne Fenster oder Abluft - sehr schwierig.

Insgesamt hat mich die Unterkunft positiv überrascht.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und wir hatten Glück, überhaupt noch ein Zimmer an diesem Sonntagabend in Schleswig zu finden, denn es fanden die Wikingertage statt. Wir haben das letzte freie Zimmer in diesem Hotel bekommen. Das Frühstück war gut (Brötchen, Brot, diverse Cerealien, mit diversen Joghurtbechern befüllter Kühlschrank, Kaffee- und Heißwasserautomat, viele Teesorten). Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, in dem zur Hofseite liegenden Zimmer war es aber trotz leicht geöffnetem Fenster in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Von dem im Erdgeschoss betriebenen Pizza-Lieferservice haben wir im 2.OG nichts mitbekommen.

Für die Fahrräder gab es keinen Abstellraum, sondern eine Abstellmöglichkeit auf einem Video-überwachten Hinterhof. In dem letzten freien Zimmer (Nr. 11) befand sich wohl ein Teil der Heizungsanlage mit sehr warmer Verkleidung. Dementsprechend war es trotz moderater Außentemperatur (11,8 / 20,7°C) während der Nacht im Zimmer recht warm.

Zimmer war zu klein, wäre eigentlich ein Einzelzimmer. Doppelbett stand an der Wand und Einer mußte unten rauskrabbeln :-( und das Bad ist auch nur für ein Einzelzimmer in der Größe.
