staff were mostly helpful. Dining room waiter with white bit in moustach was really friendly and helpful. bed was comfortable. food was good
room was dusty, and not cleaned well enough compared to other stays. housekeeping could not understand me when i asked how much longer they would be before we could get back into a clean room. we had to wait four hours.
White stains on brown materials on bedding(hate to think what that was).
Phone in the room did not work.
Bathroom was not cleaned well enough.
Such a shame, we have stayed with you three times before and always had a really good stay.
Not sure why, as a guest you have to pay more for breakfast if you do not book in advance, if we are staying as a guest why do that!?
All reported to reception Sunday morning, she wasn't really interested and nothing done about it.
