It's good for a one star hotel

The receptionist was quite nice & helpful. The self-checkin machine was not working so I rang him.. It's quite late at night but he came and helped me to check in ..

The self-checkin system is quite unreliable although I followed every instruction but it didn't work and didn't print the key to access so it's quite stressful

Anis was absolutely superb she sorted out a problem We had with our booking (my fault). Room was fine for the money besides when we came back in from dinner the bathroom was so full of cigarette smoke we could hardly breath, must have could through the vents.

Access to the Hotel was easy with plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy access to the A10

Although we booked a pet friendly room. It was dirty, the tiny bathroom facility was well due an update. The carpet and paintwork needed a deep clean it hadn't seen a cloth with cleaner for some time. We didn't expect 5* as it is budget hotel. But we have stayed in much cleaner and better pet friendly hotels for the same price.
