Child friendly nice hotel

Very nice welcoming with hot tea and coffee option till 11pm. Possibility for children to play and read. Child friendly hotel. Breakfast is nice and they have a fresh orange juice )) great! Electrical car charging available at the location. I recommend this hotel!

Very good place to break the jourey.

Clean, bright room with excellent faciliries for disabled. Comfortable bed. Spacious communal areas. Pleasant estaurant with views of lighted garben and swimming pool. Fruendly, helpful, bilingual reception. Ideal for a stop-off for our two-day drive from southern France and colse to motorway

All the amenities are fab but wouldn’t come back because of the room

Lovely helpful staff, super welcoming. Pool was fab, lots of toys for the kids. Play areas indoors and out. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. We weren’t bored while we were here :)

The room was very tired - the two single beds were incredibly uncomfortable, one didn’t have appropriate bedding on it. A really bad nights sleep unfortunately

Land for the dogs to run/ play. Restaurant served excellent food/ good value for money.

You pay around £50 more to stop in IBIS Styles than the IBIS Budget that adjoins the hotel. Both sharing the same corridor from one to another. Same garden/ pool and restaurant. Not sure what you get for the additional cost.

Ideal stopover

Lovely place to stay on the way south. Rooms comfy and clean . Very good breakfast and dinner. Gardens large , great if you're travelling with your dog. Close to A10 , but as the hotel surroundings are so nice you are not really aware of that, and its ideal for getting on the road again the next morning. Cheaper fuel station at nearby Auchan

Wonderful stop off, highly recommended for families

Well appointed Ibis - family rooms which suited us perfectly. Ideally situated for an overnight stay en route to/from the UK. A pool with free towels, games section for kids (table football etc) and breakfast included all went a long way to make our stay very enjoyable.

Couldn’t change temperature in the room to be colder - I understand they are being environmentally friendly but it was a very hot day and there were four of us in the room. It was a little too warm to sleep comfortably.

Staff poor

Location was good.

This hotel allows dogs everywhere in the hotel. The smell entering the hotel from the poo bags baking in the bin is disgusting. There was one member of staff on reception when we arrived who was very helpful and an older lady in the bar. However, we generally found the staff to be ill suited to working with the public, especially in a customer role. Very rude and visibly put out by simple requests.

Good place to stay as a stop over

Once through the doors the staff are very welcoming, the decor is fun and there is a nice garden and pool! The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good.

Based in the middle of a large commercial park, it doesn't look very inviting when you arrive.

Hotel was fine but we were let down about car charging.

Easy check in; able to get coffee late in the evening at the bar. Room as expected. Breakfast also as expected.

We wanted to charge our Tesla ready for onward travel the next day and the Tesla chargers are no longer functioning. (There are alternative chargers but the require a method of payment we did not have - and the Tesla chargers are free for us to use. A pity.

The fabric of the hotel feels a bit tired and worn now - it seems clear that some refurbishment will soon be needed!

An excellent place for a stopover

Breakfast was excellent and the swimming pools was very useful for children that had been travelling all day. The grounds were pleasant and nice to sit in on a warm evening.

The restaurant offered quite a formal menu, snack food such a pizza would have been a great addition to the menu.
