On my first stay on the 19th oct ,the food my son and i recieved,was very bad,the staff where very busy ,and the desert was not,as stated on the menu,we where made to feel unwelcome

Quiet place, nice room & decent restaurant.

Used this hotel as a pit stop on our journey further south rather than as a destination hotel. We drove past it once as it looks more like an office than a hotel, but maybe that’s my fault! Plenty of car parking spots and check in was swift & easy with a friendly receptionist sorting us out. There’s a swimming pool on site that we weren’t aware of but we didn’t use it. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. Room was comfy, no complaints there. Not sure I’d stay here as a holiday spot as it’s a bit out of the way, but ideal as a transit point.

Good hotel and room but poor evening meal!

The room was excellent - better than last time I stayed because of the refurbishments.

The evening meal - I am vegetarian and there was only one choice and it was a very large lump of cold Buffalo mozzarella which I couldnt eat! (and I like buffalo mozzarella normally but have never had it like this). It came with tagliatelli, which was quite bland and the waiter kindly gave me some bread. But this was not a 19 euros meal! I will stay at the hotel again but not eat an evening meal unless I know things have changed.

Overnight stay on the way to southern Spain

The room was comfortable on need of some TLC. The hotel is a little worn and tired in parts.

We were overcharged for drinks with our evening meal. I complained to the reception to be told I would need to email a complaint and it would be investigated. I spent €200 euros at this hotel with room and food. I cannot understand why they couldn’t have the autonomy to refund for the x 2 extra drinks charged that we did not have, ridiculous!!! I won’t be returning 😡

We specifically booked as there was a restaurant which the hotel stated opened on a Sunday night. Given restaurants don’t always open in a Sunday in France and this was a one night stop over we didn’t want to mess around dining elsewhere. Also given we had just driven 450 miles from the South, we wanted to arrive, have a glass of wine and a meal and relax. A couple of days prior to arrival we got an email to say the restaurant wouldn’t be open but we could be directed to the local commercial area. On arrival the pleasant but very inexperienced receptionist told us the bar was open until 21.30. She directed us to the commercial area which was another drive away but on our return with takeaway pizzas which we ate in the garden ( which was nice) I requested a glass of red wine which was also not possible apparently as it was locked up in the restaurant. So I had to opt for a glass of white which thankfully she had access too but (and this is a first in France for me) I had to show her how to use a “waiters friend” corkscrew. I am loathed to be over critical. The hotel itself was exactly as expected but if you advertise a service (a restaurant) and then don’t open it, verbally inform me there is a bar available but can’t offer me a glass of red wine after a 7 hour drive it’s not great and hard not to feel frustrated. I’m used to tea and coffee in the room but maybe that’s a UK thing

For a budget hotel the quality of accommodation and food were amazingly good.

The evening meal and breakfast were excellent, well cooked and very good value. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable, with lovely cotton bed linen.

Very very noisy, chairs don't have protection and making lots of noise (upstairs neighbors) beside front door is not the room you want to be in if you come for a good sleep. Missing the personal touch, especially when you have a complain about noisy( all night ) neigbour

A comfortable stay in a friendly hotel who want to make the guest's experience the best they can.

The room was a great size and very clean. Breakfast was very good as was dinner. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was also great to feel comfortable about taking all 3 dogs into the hotel, definitely dog friendly, the dogs were also welcome into the restaurant if we wanted but we just left them in the car while we ate, we could see the car from the dining room and they were all quite comfortable.

It was all really good except for the design of the shower cubicle, it was near impossible to avoid water dripping onto the bathroom floor, perhaps a shower curtain would have helped, I tried my best not to get water everywhere!

Perfect dog friendly stop over

Perfect location for a stop over with a dog in a quiet area. The hotel was clean and had a restaurant and bar so no need to get back in the car after a very long drive. There is a nice garden to sit out out and have a drink and a meal. There is a lovely wooded area behind the hotel which is perfect for dog walkibg. We crossed the road through the woods and found an even bigger public woodland that our dog really enjoyed. The staff were all super and very helpful and the restaurant even had a vegan option. Really recommend this lovely hotel in every way.

Good place to make a night break

Quite suitable place to do a break for a night when travelling by car, spend time with wine at the lovely backyard. Large parking place and the restaurant inside.

Tiny room, was uncomfortable to be there with family, but sleep was nice. The room seemed not tided up when we entered - found somebody's hairs on the bathroom floor and toilet wasn’t in perfect condition. Breakfast was quite ordinary if not saying scanty e.g. no omelette or scramble eggs, just boiled one. Bread, croissants, sausage and jams.

We arrived at the closing time of the restaurant, but the very friendly staff allowed us to eat something off the menu. The room was very quiet. The hotel is very close to the freeway, which makes it convenient for those who have to travel.

Even though there was air conditioning in the room, the air conditioning did not work and in august with 36 degrees it is not a good experience to try. On a positive note, the staff, who were very kind, made us find a fan at our request in order to try to sleep more peacefully after a 900 km journey. The breakfast was good, but not continental.
