Great breakfast

Hotel is designed as a motel, the entrance to the room is from the outside corridor. The beds are comfortable, but the room is really basic, we also had baby cot inside and thete was no place left to open a suitcase... but it was quiet, the room is great for sleeping, there are free parking lots in front of the hotel. They got us a cot for the baby. We were satisfied with our stay, but the hotel is suitable for overnight stays, nothing more... Breakfast was great, fresh baguettes, croissants, cheese, yogurt, butter, jams, delicious coffee from the machine, nutella, pancakes.

The bath needs to be renovated. Room is small.

Comfortable, clean, but watch out for restaurant opening hours

Comfortable, quiet and clean room. Very good breakfast. The supply of free chilled still or sparkling water was a nice touch.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Friday evening, having particularly selected a hotel with a restaurant in case we didn't feel like going out to eat that evening. If this is a regular thing, it needs to be explained on the website. In the event we arrived in good time and were able to walk into the centre of Angers (quite a long walk but pleasant enough and we discovered a lovely public arboretum along the way) and had a very good meal at a creperie there.

In Campanile's you get what you except

Convenient location for car travellers. Gates around the hotel are closed for night. The hotel has a restaurant (although we didn't use it). Staff members were friendly.

I'm not sure if the bathroom heater worked although I pressed the button to activate it (maybe I should've pressed couple of times)

The room was noisy and very cheap. Small bed and the air conditioner was broken (in the whole hotel) so it was to hot to sleep. The staff said while checking in “the air conditioning is broken but that’s no problem, the rooms are cool”. Very bad value for to much money!

Room was well equipped and very clean. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was excellent with a vast choice of food. Evening meal was ok but LaTaverna, a nearby restaurant, is very good

Pleasant hotel for one night

Very good location for overnight stop en route to/from Spain, close to the motorway but very quiet location. Clean, well taken care of, dog was allowed here. Nice bathroom for a hotel in this category. Breakfast was a good deal, good offerings.

Location - secure parking

When we booked we said we had a dog and requested ground floor, as we have done in the past. When we arrived, we were told that there were two rooms available - 1st floor with a sewage problem or 2nd floor (which we chose). They gave us a discount.

Breakfast was a bit odd. They offered Cereals but there were no bowls. Despite three requests no bowls were forthcoming. I had to pick up a dirty bowl and insist they washed it up!! They reluctantly did so.....
