Restaurant and breakfast were very nice, the staff were very friendly the rooms were comfortable but very small, free parking was good, location was ok most attractions were within a 30 minute drive, however when you get to some of the attractions parking can be a challenge .

Comfortable hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant on site was good we travelled with our dog and he was able to come to the restaurant too. Only slight negative was our room was very small - access for 2 (large!) adults, luggage and doggy bed etc was very tight, but it was only overnight so no problem.

It’s an ok place … not worth the money though. I’ve stayed in much better budget hotels. Room was quite small and despite the hotel not being busy, it seemed that everyone was bunched together. The walls are thin and the noise from the room next door was intrusive at times. There was also some loud knocking at 7am which woke us both. Breakfast is ok. Overall it’s just that …Ok.

The air conditioner did not work well. We had it set to the coldest setting, but the room was still quite warm. Also, the toilet paper holder fell completely off the wall the first time it was used. The room was clean but not in good condition. For the price, it was not worth the stay.

We had a one night stay at the hotel, the location was perfect, close to the main route travelling south. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to everyone.

Good hotel for one or a few night. Has a restaurant and bar, which is nice after a long trip. Rooms are a bit bare, shower a bit tight, but rooms are quiet, parking is easy and the beds are good, which matters most.

Another small room from this IBIS Red very little space to move around. The toilet & shower were like something out of a childs room. These rooms would not get a 3 star rating in the UK and would be lucky to get 2 stars. The IBIS chain would be much better attempting to improve their rooms in size & quality rather than treating their guests as cattle in stalls.

Tremendous value for money. Very clean quiet and comfortable room, especially the bed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Good breakfast at a fair price. Nice restaurant and friendly service. I would definitely stay again. I really appreciated the secure parking.

If you go anytime in the next few weeks be aware that there are road works in the area which has resulted in a road closure, a new bridge and somewhat confusing signage! Access is still ok though and the staff are as friendly and efficient as usual.

Hotel was easy to find, not far off the auto-route. Reception was helpful and took pity on our poor French. Hotel seems rather 1970s in style.Room was a good size compared to others in France and very clean. Bed was comfy and bed linen good quality. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room.However the room was cold, on the reception door a notice said their air-con was not working. Luckily there was also a panel heater in the room that managed to raise the temperature slowly to cool. At night the wind got up and the temperature dropped again.The food in the evening at their restaurant was good, not fancy.We would stay here again if the heating worked! i hate to think how cold it would be in winter. We stayed mid October.

2 night stay on a touring holiday. Standard hotel of the Ibis group. Good clean hotel nice food helpful staff. Situated on a large commercial park so surroundings not great but convenient for access to motorway and route into Tours. Free parking and Wifi. Would use again.

Hotel was ok for our one night stay. It was close to motorway for our travel further south. The evening meal was ok though pricey for what it was. Breakfast was good and had enough choice. Staff weren't very friendly. When we arrived we were giving our key to our room, when we entered the room to our embarrassment it was already occupied. The receptionist didn't even apologise.

Immaculate room, bathroom looked brand new! As others have said, the room is a bit small, but good enough for my needs. Sadly I didn't get to try the restaurant, breakfast was ok, traditional French choices, despite being 1/2 French myself I far prefer an English fry up ;). Very quiet location at night at least (was out during the day), comfy bed & I slept well. My somewhat outdated satnav found it easily (just 50ft short?), doing it by map alone would be a nightmare as it's roundabout city! At 6 miles from the centre it would be a long walk! But obviously no problem by car or bus. Easy free parking btw. Stayed July 2015, travelled solo

This hotel was very clean and the staff were welcoming. We booked in for dinner and thats when the problem arrived. The first course came on time and was reasonable but the main course took an hour to be served. When it arrived one meal was the wrong meal and it was too late to have it altered. There was no apology and the reason they qouted was there was amix up with the menus.
