Great value for money but also room for improvement

I loved the room, as it had everything we needed. The little touches of tea and coffee and robes and slippers was lovely. We loved accessing the pool for free and the restaurant.

The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point I didn’t sleep well. I didn’t like only being able to book the pool for one hour. The TV in our room would not cast or access streaming services and there was nothing on the few available channels to watch.

Travelled here from north Lanarkshire for the football with my 9 year old son which was cancelled, but still had a great two nights away. Love the pool, staff are lovely too. Room was immaculate, food in the restaurant was delicious and so was the breakfast.

Blissful, safe and comfortable

It's a hotel I've come back to every time I travel to aberdeen, it's not just a place to rest it has facilities such as the pool sauna and steam room, so you can just relax without having to be stuck in one room.

Only down side was a wedding over the weekend that was a little loud but only for a night, if I had one complaint I would just say that you couldn't hear next door but you could hear a floor up and the hallway if people were talking loudly late at nights, but that doesn't stop me coming back time and time again and enjoying every minute there

Overall nice hotel, staff pleasant and good food.

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. Bed was large and comfortable with good soundproofing to allow for a good night sleep. Buffet breakfast was good and kept clean and organised. Stayed in restaurant for evening meal and the food was really good. I had a steak baguette and my son Fish and chips. Everything eaten.

Nothing really. If I was looking to moan, we were made to make a reservation in the restaurant wait until the exact time before getting taken for dinner despite the restaurant only being at around 30% capacity. I was in a party of 4, two dads and sons for a football game in the morning so an earlier night would have been better, rather than what appeared to be an unnecessary 1 hour wait.

It was pleasant and peaceful 🥰

It was located in a very quiet area. It was clean, and my room was quite spacious. Anna at the reception was super friendly and kind (the chubby Anna, apologies🤭😊). She was so natural with her smile and warmth, and she ensured I had everything she could provide. She is to be kept. Thank you Hun. I travelled for work and leisure, and it was perfect for both. I enjoyed the swimming pool, gym, steam room, and sauna. I think, generally, people were very friendly and kind to me, and I do not often get that where I live. I would return again.

I think it was okay. Well, I would have loved to have a microwave in my room, ordered some food online and wanted to reheat them but couldn't.

Lived up to expectations as we had been here previously. Great location, staff, food, leisure centre - all good! Bedroom well presented and clean and service staff were polite and helpful.

If there had been a spin drier at the leisure centre that would have been a big plus!! Piano was locked - pity.

I liked the location

Too loud. Untidy glasses bottles lying everywhere smashed glass spilled drinks .broken facilities in room .all you can hear is traffic. Doors slamming kids running up and down corridors will not be staying again

A comfortable family stay, but some staff need to improve their customer service to match the hotel’s standards

The hotel was comfortable overall, and we enjoyed our stay as a family. The rooms were clean, the facilities were good, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We have been visiting this hotel for many years, and we appreciate the familiar environment.

Although most things were fine, we unfortunately came across a few staff members whose customer service was disappointing. This can spoil the experience, especially when staying in an executive room. I also did not appreciate having to raise complaints with management just to have issues resolved. As a loyal customer who has been visiting for over 10 years, I expect a higher standard of service

horrible building on the outside but lovely inside. rooms were fine good size and clean. breakfast you had to order fried/poached eggs which i did and waited for about 15 mins for them but did get apology for the delay

Have to pay for parking , bit of a rip off Reception staff not welcoming or helpful , told check out 11am and to check out as early as possible 😳 Breakfast was pathetic, coffee from a flask which was tepid , struggled to cut sausage don’t know how many days they had been on buffet, similar black pudding un edible, gave up on breakfast, we were 45 mins in breakfast room , after advising several staff about the quality and cold coffee , their response was someone else told us that too , but NO ONE tried to address these problems, we left and went over to Macdonalds for breakfast

Cheerier welcome - however, information was too scripted and provided too quickly. Didn’t like that we had to pay for parking, albeit at a minimal cost. We then had to go to a machine to make payment - could this not be added to the overall hotel bill?

Spa need booking before. We booked afternoon at Saturday for early morning Sunday from 7-8 am. Experience was good, without overcrowding, because hotel is huge and only one small SPA.

Hotel easy find when need to stay at Aberdeen, nearly ( approximately 2 miles by walk coast with amazing view), parking is available ( we paid 3 euros/ night). City centre Aberdeen is far from.
