Very clean large comfy bed and good breakfast. Good location for what i needed

Good location, twin room available, staff very friendly and helpful
Staff had clearly been given the task of asking us to 'recommend' them and use a QR code. It got a bit much, however, I do not feel this was the staff's problem more company policy?

Pleasant staff Location excellent Good air conditioning in the bedroom. Comfortable bed and good bedding.
Bedroom was small, I paid for an upgrade but it was the same room in the photograph that I booked. The fridge didn’t work, the bathroom and bedroom were grubby and shabby. Pillows were very hard and all the same. The bar was very expensive, £15.75 for a glass of wine.
