Loved the location - centre of the theatres, restaurants and pubs. All the hotel staff we spoke to were engaging and also asked us questions. We did not get any "corporate" answers - very genuine hotel.

Could have done with a relaxing lounge area, but we knew that when we booked, so not a negative criticism, just a comment.

Location is amazing, very close to Regent Street, Piccadilly, and all the theatres, Soho and Chinatown.

Sleeping: The bed was not great, felt well used (you roll towards the center) and the pillows where very poor (hardly any filling) Shower: is inside the bath, but so little water pressure that you have to get up against the wall, which you can't because you're inside the bath. Heat was decent though. Room: Quite cramped, especially the bathroom, if you are washing your hands the door must be shut and just hope nobody opens it! Tiny sink area, with enough space for a single cup in each corner and nothing else Cleanliness: Linen was seemingly clean but the room was dusty (and not just a few days...), the shower glass had not been cleaned for quite some time either, and was even mouldy.
