Breakfast at Gail’s next door isn’t a great advert for a hotel of this standard. Bathroom smaller and a bit more cramped than we would expected given the overall size of the bedroom

My room must have been near some air conditioning units as I could hear them droning all night.

The staff nicely decorated the room for my birthday. People at the front desk were wonderful. I don't understand the doorman. He never greeted us or said hello He just opened the door. If you're going to have a doorman, he should be friendly.

We stayed in this hotel as we were going to the theatre and dinner and John Lewis Oxford Street cooking school class. Everything was walking distance to the hotel which was in a brilliant location. Gail's cafe next door which is great for early morning coffee. A lot of choice around the hotel for dinner and shopping on Oxford Street/ Regent Street. My second time here and I would definitely book again.
