    Lovely little find. Great staff who made us feel very welcome. Quiet location but plenty to do in the area and Oxford in
    Lovely well maintained property in a delightful market town. Plenty of amenities close by. Our accommodation was in the annex which gave a cottage type feel to the accommodation rather than a hotel. Lovely and warm room in a cool and very wet February. Additional heater and fan provided. Lots of towels, tea, coffee and the bathroom was clean with a great shower. Little car park for guests, could get busy but we never struggled to park
    The bed was not the comfiest. It’s very subjective the comfort of a bed but we found it very soft and the feather pillows also soft The room had a lack of storage. Not really a big issue but we had to store non hanging clothes in our suitcases, 4 hangers for 2 people on a rail wasn’t enough

    It was quite near to the kitchen company that we needed to visit and the town itself was nice
    The breakfast was Luke warm and not value fur money as was £20.00 per person and we waited a long time for it .our room had clean sheets but the window cills were dirty and windows and the room needed an update !! Our friends however had a decent room.

    Due to the care of the staff would recommend the Fleece. We were disappointed with the loo.
    The staff who run the Fleece were lovely and very accommodating. The food in the restaurant was of a good standard and so was the quality of the wine. The location is beautiful.
    There was a very poor flush on the lavatory in our bathroom. It felt like the waste pipe may have a blockage someway down the line before our stay, which was certainly evident when we first and subsequently tried to use it. The bathroom was very cold with no discernable heating. There was a lack of extra obvious power sockets where we could charge our devices without choosing between Kettle, TV or extra heating on a very cold night.
