Beds were big, clean and comfy. Room was a great size.
A little outdated, some bits needed a clean (wall, bathroom floor)

The bed was very comfortable, a lot better than other hotels. and the shower was great, Good power and not scolding hot.
Only one spare pillow, and the shower gel bottle was empty. The receptionist did go and get another bottle of gel, But said there was no other pillows in the hotel, and he could give us some towels to roll up and put behind the pillow.

Requested a downstairs room and was given one. The place was not looking great it looked a little scruffy and not the standard of other Days Inn for example Wetherby. I wanted to register with awards for my stay but man behind desk said not able to.
Outside areas very scruffy and reception area un welcoming and very bare
