Lovely relaxing break

Dinner and Breakfast were excellent. Room very comfortable. Slept really well! Spa was relaxing. Checkin and check out were fast and easy.

The room was beautiful with a fantastic view. The food at the restaurant was very good at breakfast and dinner. The grounds are well maintained, and the hotel is in a beautiful senic area.

An elevator would be nice, but I'm sure that it would be nearly impossible to put one in a building that old.

We would definitely recommend the Greenway Hotel. The Greenway Restaurant and bedroom were both outstanding.

The food was superb in the Greenway Restaurant. The decor and design of the bedroom was excellent.

There was no shelf above or by the basins in the bathroom so nowhere to put toiletries. There was no vanity mirror to help put on makeup or shave.

Wonderful, comfortable and relaxing getaway

We had such an amazing stay, I didn't want to leave! The spa was lovely, food was good and the decor was tasteful. The room was very comfortable and cozy. We were there to celebrate my partner's birthday and the staff went to extra effort to ensure we had a great stay. Thanks so much!

Don't stay here during hot summer days (no air-conditioning and very warm west facing rooms)

The grounds of the hotel were lovely.

There's no air-conditioning and the rooms are extremely hot. The 2 west facing rooms I was presented at check-in were well above 30 degrees Celsius, during a hot summer day. It was impossible to sleep in those rooms unless forming a pool of sweat on the bed is anyone's idea of comfort. All that the staff had to offer was placing 2 desk fans in the room. The property is clearly not prepared to handle the heat waves affecting the UK. Ultimately, I chose to not stay at the property, despite my rate being non refundable. Moving to a different hotel nearby that offered air conditioning was 100% the right move for that hot summer day.

So magical to stay in a such beautiful house!

Very nice hotel with high ceiling rooms as you can imagine. Breakfast in an adorable dining room facing the garden. Beautiful clean swimming pool. The hottube outside was a big plus even under the rain! Staff at the reception were lovely and very helpful. I liked very much the colour of my bedroom's wall and asked for the name of the colour. Less than 5 mns later, a very nice man gave me the answer (green sage from The Little Green Company). It really makes my day!

Nothing but if I were a bit cheeky, I would say the garden could be even more beautiful with more flowers carefully planted.

LOVE IT!!!

My Mom and I had been walking through the Cotswolds and this was our last stop. This was the first place that had gotten our suitcases from the courier and actually put it in our room. Everyone was so helpful. From the first guy at the desk, the waiter and hostess and the people in the spa. This place was absolutely beautiful and they thought of everything to make it special. We came on this trip to celebrate my mom's "80th birthday", they had a happy birthday treat waiting in the room. We were really impressed with this hotel.

The hotel really didn't have anything wrong. The only negative was on Google, it take you to the street before the hotel.

Great Place for a Relaxing Weekend in the English Countryside. Highly Recommend.

Friendly, attentive resort team. The property is an old estate turned into a resort and spa. Classic architecture. Lovely rooms. Grounds are beautiful. The spa is on the smaller side... the spa team is lovely and treatments are reasonable. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend.

I enjoyed my stay. My only suggestion would be to improve the limited options on your sharable bites/bar menu.
