Rooms were ready on arrival, check-in was swift. Lift available. Good air-con in the rooms. Rooms were really clean.
Communal areas were a little tired, but didn't cause any issues with our stay. Rooms were compact, but fine for a short 3-day stay.

Very close to the Eiffel Tower and other major attractions … nice shops and restaurants nearby … convenient location
The bathroom is a bit too small and I didn’t have a good view … like the Eiffel Tower ? 🤩

The location of the hotel is wonderful, close to the Eiffel Tower (and professionally, close to where I had to work). Bars, restaurants, shops and the metro nearby. Breakfast was nice too, not a huge variety, but good and fresh. Lovely lady working there at breakfast.
The room is very small, but the worst are probably the paper-thin walls. Luckily, the American ladies in the room next to me went to sleep at 11pm and I heard their alarm go off at 8am :-) But I could hear every word of their conversation.
