Everything. The room was clean and great for our family of 6. The location to the Eiffel Tower was great. Walking distance.

The arcade games, building block room, and the large tv for soccer games were all perks.
Our room had a bunk bed that the kids enjoyed, but the steps to the top bunk were very well polished and therefore slippery.
1) our room was not available on time. 2) the AC in the room did not work well, leaving the room at 80F. 3) one elevator was not working and the other was very slow. 4) baggage storage was in self-service lockers and cost money. 5) staff were slow and sometimes inattentive (but always kind). 6) the sheets were extremely scratchy! 7) the location is just ok. It’s a 15 min walk to public transit, which is long without shade in a heatwave with small children. It’s ‘close’ to the Eiffel Tower but the building is not tall enough to have a view from the room.
