The team were professional and welcoming, as well as attentive and helpful. The room was very pleasant and comfortable, and the facilities were clean, well presented and left me feeling very relaxed about staying there, especially since I was in Paris for work and needed to be able to stay somewhere comfortable and without unnecessary admin or unpleasantness.
Nothing - I was really happy with everything. There is nothing I would suggest to improve as it was all very pleasant with a great location and ease of access to what I needed. The room was quiet and really very pleasant.

Perfect location, nicely decorated and helpful staff. Really good option for this part of town
For the price there wasn’t much to complain about

Very clean place
That the room didn’t come with breakfast and it had to be paid for separately

Great location and friendly reception staff. The room was very small though and the breakfast quite basic.
