Lovely stay in central Paris location, great staff and shout out in particular to Baptiste on reception for being super

Lovely spacious room, with kids beds in separate area to the master bed. Great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Room was very hot despite us turning all the radiators off. Bath filled up when having a shower. Breakfast a bit overpriced.

Nice location, a lot of stores and markets nearby. The room is tiny but cozy. Very clean, very silent. The staff is very kind.

Elevator stops at the middle of the stage, difficult to take the luggage. Wi-fi was not that good.

Fabulous stay in perfect location right by Eiffel Tower.

Loved the cute but spacious rooms. Breakfast was excellent quality. Hotel very clean, smelt beautiful everywhere! Staff very helpful and welcoming.

Unforgettable stay with amazing staff

The property was central close to amenities and Eiffel Tower , the rooms were extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, all staff were extremely helpful. Couldn’t do enough for you very kind and competent.

Could’ve done with a small fridge in the room … not a problem in the winter , but it would be most helpful in the summer

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well-located. I would recommend it.

The room was comfortably large for two people. I loved being able to open the window in our bedroom . We loved the neighbourhood that the hotel was located in, and being able to walk to the river and the Eiffel Tower. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as access to the metro. My friend is a smoker, so the little courtyard gazebo with seating was nice to have. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was good, but the selection of items was somewhat limited. I expected more fruit than apples. Access to free coffee and tea in the breakfast room outside of breakfast hours would have been appreciated, because the in-room supply of coffee was meagre. In addition, there was no milk for tea and coffee in-room.

The rooms were elegant, the location on a small side street was very peaceful, and the neighborhood, Plassy, was a great place to eat wander and see sights. The Tour Eiffel was no more than 10’ walk away.

I like the convenience of an airport pickup to the hotel. HOWEVER, we were suppose to have transportation from the hotel back to the airport included in the price and we had to PAY 75 euros for that ride. I believe you now OWE me that additional cost!

Being made aware of the size of the room- it wasn't small - it was TINY!!!. The hotel had different levels of rooms which we were not made aware of and ours was the lowest and smallest by far!!!

Location was awesome and near so many cute shops, restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was nice - always quiet and well stocked when we were there. Staff was AMAZING! Very helpful and welcoming. Rooms were each unique and cutely decorated with their own vibe! We loved it!

Cosy, clean hotel in the centre of Paris

Super clean, nicely decorated, very kind and welcoming staff. It s an old building but there is air conditioning which is highly appreciated. Ideally located, just a few minutes walk from the trocadero / eiffel tower. Very good value for money at this location.

There is nothing i didn t like. Just 2 points to note : - You need to climb some stairs before getting to the elevator but the nice guy at the entrance carried our suitcases. - The bathroom is quite small but it was not a surprise.

Lovely place for a Paris Getaway!

The Hotel is quaint and lovely, set in a peaceful and beautiful courtyard. It is very convenient to all of Paris and the wonderful sightseeing. The staff were beyond friendly. Rashid was extremely helpful with dinner reservations, transporation arrangements and alwaysoffered a welcoming smile at every interaction. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cute boutiques. The Hotel Villa Nicolo is the perfect place for a Paris getaway!

It was a pleasure all around!

The property is very well kept and felt very safe. I like that they also had many communal spaces were you could either sit outside in a lovely, well kept courtyard, or relax at the bar inside.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nicolo, made truly memorable by Baptiste at the front desk, he was incredibly helpful, his personal touch and attentive service went above what we could have hoped for. The hotel is lovely, clean, very comfortable bed, and in a great location. If you are staying in Paris, we highly recommend this place.

Wonderful and friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable, slept like a baby. Also had a great view of the top of the Eiffel Tower! Everyone was so friendly and I loved the fragrant jasmine in the courtyard.

Lovely Place

Very nice and clean. Staff at front desk very nice and helpful. Breakfast area very small but comfortable and good variety to choose from. Best scrambled eggs! Loved the quaint small streets. Wish we had eaten at the Pizza place across the street!

With the title "Tour Eiffel" and saying a "few steps" to the tower.,.. thought it WAS MUCH closer. Actually quite a hike. Since we thought it was close... it was why we booked here as we are Senior citizens. Should mention there are steps involved getting to the petite elevator and getting off the elevator to get to room. For older people and those who have very heavy luggage not easy. One morning, person on duty did not speak English well so hard to get what we were wanting in breakfast area. He worked at the front desk. Guessing person who was suppose to be organizing breakfast did not show up on time.
