The staff were great, really helpful. The room was clean and I found the hotel quiet.
A small thing, but the hall lights were very bright at night and the light got under the door and through the spy hole.

Reception staff were lovely and friendly. Location was good just across the road from train station.
Bed was hard and pillows were very uncomfortable. They were flat and lumpy. Room was small and window was very high up and small. I felt claustrophobic. Room 102 and we upgraded! Breakfast was not very nice. I had a vegan breakfast. Sausages were hard. Had to wait until a cleaner got a member of the dining room to seat me. They were ages with service. Need someone waiting on to see to guests.
