The room and price were good, breakfast was excellent and was within walking distance of downtown S-u-A, the theater and restaurants.
Had to ask for hairdryer. None in the room.

Room was big (booked a suite) clean. Loved the bathroom. Very central to the town and river. Staff very friendly and helpful.
One of the curtains was hanging off & had to fixed. Water/biscuits was nice touch but not replaced after first day. Drink stirrer was a wooden stick could we not be trusted with a spoon. Door lock did not work. Breakfast was nice except first day when eggs were lumpy/dry and bacon chewy & overdone. Could do with some other spreads apart from Jam/Marmalade.

Location excellent and buffet breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Comfy bed and lovely shower.
Hotel on a main road, so my room was noisy. One light a different colour to the others and sometimes flickered. Small things could make it better, like having a hairdryer, spare pillow, extra bin for tea/coffee, biscuits/bottle of water, tissues. I felt the room was pricey for what I actually got.
