Lovely room with good views over the park. Good location with close walking routes to the town centre.
Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Also, felt I was overcharged for the EV charging. While this was convenient, I was charged at a higher rates than local rapid chargers. The charging costs per KW/H should have been made clear from the outset. Either the property owner is being overcharged, or he is clearly making a lot of money from this.

Maria and Martin were wonderful.
The room was so clean, exceptional.
Breakfast was superb, so much choice, amazing.
I cannanot recommend Avonpark House enough, brilliant stay, will defo go back.

Comfortable room, lovely breakfast. Very close to town and easy to walk into.
Television connection poor so couldn't get several channels

Quiet- break
Squeaky beds, one bottle of water and one packet of biscuits in the room, there was two of us! Cleanliness, dusty ledges, past occupants wrappers under radiator, lumpy mattresses - it was £185 a night!!
