We liked the grounds, the terrace, the pool and the central location
The air conditioning didn’t always cope with the heat. We didn’t like the loud inappropriate music in the restaurant and had to ask to be moved each time we had an evening meal.

Room was clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains, A/C running to keep us cool and the "white noise" from its fan, meant we both had a really great nights sleep

Food was 10/10. Not cheap and not much but absolutely amazing.
Great location, a short walk into the centre of town, nice grounds.
Decor was tired, shabby in parts. Pool area was basic, there was a steam room and sauna, but no jacuzzi. Rooms were quite small and again, basic. No extras like dressing gowns. Air con was there but it didn’t work and they knew it because a fan was provided in the room, which was broken. Not any better than Premier Inn, but double the price.
