Great location, clean room (suite) and the reception staff were brilliant, especially Matty who looked after us brilliantly when we had a minor problem.
There was a long wait for breakfast at busy times. Can't help thinking they could have been a bit smarter with that. Took breakfast in the room the second day which avoided the crowd totally.

Pleasant ,friendly, helpful staff, ideal location for the theatre, for Stratford centre and for walks along the river, very comfortable accomodation. Good breakfast and dinner in the bistro.

Excellent location.
The service at the restaurant - we ordered a pre dinner drink & ordered the food at the same time, expecting to e served when we had finished our drinks. The food was delivered at the same time, so we asked to be served later. The meals were put in the oven, certainly - when it was served the roasted potatoes were like rocks.

Reception looks lovely when you walk in, the lady on check in was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Location was great, we could park up and walk to everything we wanted to see.
The rest of the hotel is dated. There were an option of 2 places to eat which were attached to the hotel. One was adults only but very expensive and the other was unbearable. There were children running riot and it was too loud to sit and have a conversation.
