    I want to start by saying the staff I dealt with are so nice and kind. They made the stay. However, when I arrived, unfortunately, the staff on said that I had not paid - even though I had paid in advance on Agoda. I assume this is an Agoda issue so I am still trying to get my money back, but I paid them again for the same night I already paid for. This probably put me off a bit. Then I hauled my suitcases up some of the steepest steps ever. I am fine with UK steps but these were super steep. Finally got into my room and things are a bit old and falling apart. There was a hole in my bathroom shower wall and the shower tap hand fell right off the wall when turned it on. Things are just a bit worn and need some TLC. The location is great, the pub itself is really nice but the photos online are a bit misleading - the room I had was a pretty thread worn version of this room.
