Location is really good. Metro station is just 8 mins walk away. With just 1 metro, you can go everywhere.
During checkin, the person in the reception charged us more than she should have. The room price was already set via booking. We just wanted to add one day of parking. I asked her 3 times if she added the parking for only one day. Parking was 40 pound per day. But we were charged 200 pounds extra in addition to room price. When we asked for the invoice details, we realized she charged us 5 days of parking. At first, they said it was a deposit but we did not accept that and eventually learned she made a mistake and just covering that mistake.

Location was great. Parking available
When we walked into our room the first thing we noticed was the carpet. It was filthy. We got a room change when we mentioned it at reception.
