This is our second stay and we had a fantastic time celebrating my husband's birthday. The reception staff even accommodated our request for a room upgrade to stay in the main building which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back, wouldn't stay anywhere else when we visit Jesmond, it's such a lovely hotel and great value for money.

The hotel was located in a great location - close to everything we needed…☺️ The staff were lovely 🙏🏽
The hotel wasn’t very clean in general… NEEDS updating… carpets are awful and smelt musky everywhere - so bad that I had to buy candles… Pillows were absolutely awful- we asked for another pillow but the hotel didn’t even have any spare… Not great! - so uncomfortable.. Had to ask for toilet paper as we were only given one for 2 people and stayed for 4 days….
