The Fullerton Arms

The room exceeded expectations, there was no noise from the pub (which we were concerned about), and the evening meal in the restaurant was amazing.

Breakfast was included, and although the portion size was very generous, it was all very greasy.

The location, how welcoming it is, the staff are fantastic Louise can’t do enough to make sure you are happy. The food is superb breakfast lunch and dinner and a cozy wee bar to have a few drinks after a full day of walking and sightseeing is always welcome with a welcoming fire.

Was traveling on a Motorcycle , good safe parking at the rear of the building

Nothing

Room was clean and modern, bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately there were two issues during our stay. The first was the shower drain was blocked and you could only run it for a few minutes before it overflowed. The second and bigger issue was the amount of loud noise we could hear in the room, there was some kind of party happening beneath us, loud shouting and laughing and loud music until just before midnight and we could not sleep until it stopped. I feel like we should have been warned about the excessive noise so we could make a decision on whether to stay.
