The did not give us what was promised
The resort claims to be all inclusive 24 hours a day but the kitchen closed at 10 pm breakfast closed at 11 am .the hotel said they were short staffed and could not offer food. We were told the you have to make reservations for restaurants 24 hours in advance but every time we call notthing was available to seat us

Dreams come true 😍
It was absolutely beautiful we booked the preferred club swim up room which was perfect for us. We loved waking up and being able to just take a dip right outside our door. The facilities were great and the food quality was exceptional. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. As members of the preferred club it was worth the extra cost because we had access to food and drinks(alcohol and non-alcohol) exclusive to members which was great. The resort entertainment and different themed activities was also wonderful. I would highly recommend to families and couples.

Fabulous stay
Faultless stay, food was excellent, rooms where fabulous we were upgraded to two sea view bungalows, the staff couldn’t have been more attentive and helpful Brilliant location and at this time of year the heated outdoor pool was a dream.

Every minute in this place is special the hotel its self is beautiful staff amazing and the food is of the best weve ever had abroad! Will return.
Not much water activities for kids under 4 as the water park is for age 4+ swimmers only would really benefit from a splash pool with slides for those that cant use the floating waterpark....

Thoroughly enjoyed but very busy, so not as quiet as we had hoped. Ideal for families.
Good selection of hot and cold, both continental and cooked options. The seating area inside was a bit cramped the tables could have had a bit more space between them. The service was friendly, and the staff were always attentive.

Unfortunately some staff members aren't up to standard and sadly flower decorations are just left to die with rotten water.

Serenity, Sun, Food and Booze. This is the place for a true vacation!
The food was terrific, especially at the World Cafe and Yiayia restaurant. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the pools were clean and had excellent poolside service, and the atmosphere and location were outstanding.
It's hard to control, but the wasps were disturbing, the rooms could have been cleaner, and they could have done a better job on the grounds (the grass).
