Lovely hotel. Great setting. Positioned near to bus route so easy to get back and to to corfu town cheap to do so. €2.50 each way. Hotel a little dated but great. The cleaner was great. The only english tv channel was intermitted bbc news that only worked 30% of the time. Yes i would go again but I would take my fire stick view from room/ apartment was great. The apartment had loads of room and had all the amenities i needed.

It was great that they checked us in really late after our flight was cancelled but there was no bedding for the sofa bed even though we booked for six people.

Well situated on the island to make excursions to the North, West, and into old-town Corfu quite easy. Nice amenities and spacious accommodations. Friendly staff. The waterfront water at the property is murky in Govino Bay, but most everywhere else on the island is beautiful clear blue water. The swimming pool is really nice and does make up for the disappointing beach.

Fantastic stay! Arrived later than expected due to flight delay, gentleman at check in was friendly and welcoming. He made sure I was escorted into my room and went in safely. The room was clean and very well equipped. The bedroom was comfortable. Pool area very clean and snack bar was great. 2nd visit here…. Is not the last!

This hotel was misrepresented by Expedia. 1The beach was not private, moreover, it was not possible to awim in the sea because it was polluted. This explained why there were no sun loungers or umbrellas. This was not made clear on the website. Nobody swam in the sea while we were there. 2. Room cleaning was only offered 3 days in our 9 night stay. The Expedie website stated cleaning would take place everyday. 3. The onsite mini market, there to provide essentials like bottled water, bread etc was never open during our stay. Tne nearest supermarket was a 1 mile round walk on dangerous roads and pavements, past rubbish bins where broken glass littered the route passed.

One of the main reasons we chose this place was its high guest rankings, but I must say we were sadly quite disappointed. The area is very nice, with tennis courts and a lovely swimming pool. The accomodation, however, was not good. We had booked a 3 bedroom apartment but ended up not using any of the bedrooms. They were all downstairs, with no aircon. The downstairs area was hot, humid and smelly, and we found quite a few bugs/insects there. Although the accomodation was inexpensive, I would not book it again.

We booked due a medical emergency with our daughter . We picked the hotel from a list as was near to the hospital . Good bus service that stops outside the hotel on the half hour, which always seemed on time .Most importantly the staff were always helpful to us , as we had to extend our stay on two occasions. Good value for money.

Didn’t like the location. The bathrooms need redone. Couldn’t flush toilet paper down the toilet, had to put toilet paper in a plastic bin. WiFI SUCKS. Liked that we were close to the sea. Pool area and surrounding pool area was neat. Request free Wifi and then was asked to pay for it. Not a very happy camper..

two concurrent bookings at Govino Bay. check-in was straightforward. we sent a message that we would be arriving in the early hours of the morning & someone was there to check us in. All front desk staff were helpful & friendly. A very good team. We stayed in a self catered apartment which was generally roomy, bright, clean although in a real need of modernisation The apartment was very dated throughout. bedroom was two twin beds, as a couple two beds pushed together does not cut it as viable alternative to a double bed. kittenette fridge kettle some sort of coffee machine, large electric hob & small warmer hob, microwave. you would be hard pressed self catering unless you like microwave food. Fromt room was large & bright. The key to Govino bay is how much you pay. if you get a good deal you would be satisfied, but if you pay a lot for your stay you will be disappointed.
