Bella zona, vicina ad Avenida Diagonal, una strada cittadina lunghissima da cui partono numerose linee del bus. Staff gentile e disponibile.

La lentezza nel risistemare le stanze. Tutto molto pulito, ma tempi lunghi.

Rooms, breakfast and personnel warmly. The location away from the center turned out to be very welcoming. AC is my favorite hotel.

Location was great staff was helpful

The lobby had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom in my room was not cleaned well. There was hair both inside and outside of the shower, including on the walls. There also appeared to be mold in the shower, and the area behind the wall-mounted soap dispenser looked like it had not been cleaned in quite some time. I checked another room to see if switching rooms would be an option, but that bathroom was in similar condition. In addition, the electrical outlet in my room damaged my corded hair trimmers. There was no warning indicating that using the outlet could cause this type of problem. After the outlet blew the fuse in my trimmers, I informed the front desk and was then told about an existing issue with the electricity.
