Breakfast was excellent! Staff was ok at reception, very good at the breakfast! The room was kinda smaller than I expected for a King size room with a view. Also, it was really noisy with the street sounds rising up at night. So even with the view, well... if you don't mind the noise. The location was central enough with lots of restaurants around.

1. The view from my room was absolutely amazing — waking up to that panorama was a highlight of my stay. 2. The district is lovely: close to high-end shops and excellent restaurants, yet far enough from the main tourist crowds to feel calm and authentic. 3. Public transportation access is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

1. The hotel is right next to Diagonale, a busy road, and the traffic noise was loud enough to wake me up before my alarm every morning. 2. The room layout was uncomfortable — there was no separate “bathroom” space. The toilet was in one small room, the shower in another, and the sink was oddly placed in the hallway between them, so you end up brushing your teeth in a corridor. 3. While the hotel was clean, it’s quite old and could use some renovation to match the quality of the location. 4. Unfortunately, during our stay, a nightgown was taken by the cleaning service. While I understand mistakes can happen, the hotel’s reaction was surprisingly unprofessional for a 4-star property. I had to remind them daily to contact the third-party cleaning service, and no one offered an apology or proactive update. Their only suggestion was to “wait,” even though it was clear that a high-quality cotton garment could not be restored after professional cleaning. To be fair, after my departure — and following several firm emails — they did eventually agree to compensate the cost of the nightgown, but this happened weeks later. By that point, the damage to my overall impression of the hotel was done.
