Most of the staff are very friendly the room is quite big and the bed is so comfortable, nice balcony and ac. It’s big and spacious yet so comfortable I’d definitely recommend!
There is a blonde girl that works at the reception who is extremely rude, it’s like she’s upset that you’re there. As well as some problems within the furniture like the door being off the hinge or won’t stay closed and won’t lock.

Great location. Lots of things to do around the area. Nice restaurants cafes and shopping malls.
The room is kinda smallish. WiFi speed was okay but not great, but I was only on the free WiFi to be fair. There were some issues with door keys and the shower, so not ideal when you are trying to find comfort away from home.
