    Upon arrival the bed was full of hair and one of the sinks wasn’t working. Dealt with reception for a day to get our room changed. But things didn’t get better afterwards - we went out at 10am and came back to the room at 3pm and our room was not cleaned (do not disturb sign was not on the door knob). Had to call reception to send someone up and that took another hour for them to arrive. Horrible experience

    Service and amenities (the shower, large tv, robe, bell man, and plush sheets and nice bed) were the tops of the stay. Location wise it wasn’t in the best area to walk as there’s a lot of construction and it’s confusing it’s not very central The rooms are nice but not worth the prem you are paying for the Nobu name Subpar hotel with the Nobu brand would find a five star hotel closer and more walkable with more amenities and better views
