Amazing selection of breakfast meals, all utterly delicious. The play room for kids was spacious enough and offering all types of entertainment. Wellness area, the swimming pool and sauna were very clean.

Excellent family resort hotel in Harrachov. The hotel has everything – a restaurant, bar, great spa, swimming pool, and sauna (included in the price). There’s the option for dinner at the hotel (either half board or for an additional fee per meal). We got a lovely room on the 9th floor with a beautiful forest view. The room was quiet and well-insulated. A baby cot was waiting for us in the room, along with branded children's soaps and even spa slippers for kids – a very thoughtful touch that shows families are truly welcome. We booked 4 massages with the therapist Nira, who was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the dinner buffet was varied and tasty. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at a great hotel.

We were charged €10 for a late check-out of just one extra hour (12:00 instead of 11:00), even though we had a massage appointment that ended at 11:30. After a 4-night stay where we spent a significant amount of money on spa treatments (over €320), plus restaurant, parking, and other services — it would have been reasonable to show some flexibility. This felt unnecessarily greedy and left us with a bad impression over something so small. Also, the dining room supervisor was shouting at staff in front of guests, which was unpleasant. The woman who makes pancakes in the morning and works the hot food station at dinner was also unfriendly.

The renovated areas and rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

We booked through Booking.com, but the hotel did not inform us that renovation work was underway. I mentioned this at the reception, and the blonde, short-haired receptionist responded rudely, simply stating that it was not their responsibility as the information was available on the hotel's website. However, as a foreign guest, one does not primarily check the hotel's local site… Unfortunately, construction noise was disruptive both during the day and at dinner, and the constant coming and going also made it uncomfortable to stay at the playground. The food was delicious, but out of four dinners, we were only able to enjoy two, as we suffered food poisoning on the second evening, most likely from the fish. The restaurant is also under renovation, so meals are served in the congress center. The following evening, we arrived a little later for dinner, which may have caused issues with the food's heat treatment. We reported this to the reception; the lady was helpful in advising us on what to buy from the pharmacy, but we did not receive any further assistance. In the wellness area, the water was a bit too cold for a child. Overall, we have always had positive experiences with OREA hotels, so we regret that this time it was not as good.
