Příjemné ubytování v centru Harrachova, prostorný pohodlný pokoj, skvělá snídaně i s domácími sladkostmi, čerstvým ovocem a zeleninou. Příjemný a ochotný personál.
Byť za to ubytovatel nemůže, zmíním noční ruch z ulice - ať už auta, ranní závoz pečiva atd., tak i podnapilí puberťáci. V oknech navíc chybí závěsy a led světla za oknem mohou být rušivá.

Ciepły, przytulny pokój wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Wygodny materac. Smaczne śniadanie.
Brak windy i wysokie schody. Dojście z bagażem na trzecie piętro mało komfortowe. Wyłączone ogrzewanie na korytarzach, mimo że na dworze temperatury nocą wciąż bliskie zera. Szum samochodów pod oknami. O trzeciej w nocy głośne ładowanie pojemników do samochodu tuż pod oknami. Brak programów polskich w telewizorze.
