Lokalizacja jest największym atutem hotelu (piękne widoki, bliskość licznych szlaków turystycznych). Prosto, czysto i schludnie w stylu górskiego schroniska. Możliwość spożywania posiłków i wypoczynku na świeżym powietrzu. Pełna akceptacja zwierząt. Elektroniczny check-in i check-out, możliwość płatności za wszystko kartą.
Śniadania smaczne, ale mało urozmaicone. Przy pobycie dłuższym niż 3 dni mogą stanowić pewien problem.

Tento týden jsme strávili noc na Štumpovce a odjížděli s pocitem, že jsme si opravdu nemohli vybrat lépe. Celé místo nás okouzlilo svou krásou, útulností, skvělým jídlem a fantastickými výhledy. Pokoj byl čistý, voňavý a velmi příjemný. Zcela speciální poděkování patří panu majiteli, který neváhal věnovat svůj čas a energii, aby nám pomohl ve svízelné situaci s autem. Jeho pomoc pro nás znamenala vše a nikdy na ni nezapomeneme. Právě v takových chvílích člověk pozná, že na tomto místě stojí lidé se srdcem na pravém místě a proto ho z celého srdce doporučujeme všem! Už teď se moc těšíme, až se opět vrátíme.

Schöne Zimmer und Ausstattung
Abendkarte war sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Andere Gäste bekamen anderes Essen. Bedienung war sehr unhöflich. Sauna und Pool war nicht zu finden
