Piękny widok na panoramę Karkonoszy, basen zewnętrzny i wewnętrzny, ładny wystrój i aranżacja hotelu.
Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, a był ogromny zaduch; nie działające wifi w moim budynku; zaniedbana zieleń przy hotelu do tego stopnia, że na trawniku przy tarasie apartamentów rosną chwasty, a nie trawa; z basenu zewnętrznego rozciąga się piękny widok na góry, bliżej krawędzi widać zakurzoną drogę oraz nieuporządkowane krzaki, co psuje ogólne wrażenie; dramatyczna droga dojazdowa: wąska, szutrowa, bez pobocza, strasznie się kurzy; brak szlafroków w cenie, brak ręczników kąpielowych na basenie; śniadanie średnie, sztuczne soki itp.
