Comfy and friendly stay

The staff was really friendly and helpful. There was buses with easy access to Innsbruck city centre and the mountains around. The facilities were comfortable and the pool and the sauna made a difference by the end of a cold day.

There are few amenities to eat around the hotel, we had to go to Innsbruck for food.

Wonderful

The view is excellent! The room is very cozy with a balcony can see the alps. The staffs there are also really nice, especially Klaus who helped me a lot regarding the transportation and the foods.

I arrived just before the final check-in time because my train to Innsbruck was delayed, but since I contacted them in advance, they kindly waited for me. I really appreciated that. They also sent me the Innsbruck Welcome Card by email beforehand, so I was able to use it right away upon arrival, which was very convenient. The view from my room was absolutely amazing. I truly felt glad that I came. The location was also perfect, with great access to Patscherkofel, the mountain I had always wanted to visit. The pool and sauna were wonderful as well — perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I come to Innsbruck.

Close to Innsbruck and the mountains. Great hikes.

Breakfast was not very good. No soap or shampoo in the room. For the cost the soap could have been provided and breakfast needs to be improved.

A cosy, welcoming stay.

We loved the hospitality of our host during our stay- we were made to feel very welcome. The food was also fantastic and the accommodation very clean and comfortable.

We would have appreciated a kettle and mini fridge in our room. We found it inconvenient to use the communal kitchen on level 1.

Location in the lovely little village in the hills overlooking the city. Friendly horses nearby.Nice swimming pool. Loved the traditional decor.

Great place to stay if visiting Innsbruck

Well located over looking Innsbruck - check out bus services from the train station before using a taxi. Swimming pool/sauna complex very good & the view from the hotel room was astonishing. All very clean & breakfast excellent

Fantastic hotel! A very nice old Austrian building and a quiet and relaxing surrounding. A fantastic view from the room. The breakfast and the people working there makes it very pleasant to stay there.

There could have been an electic vehicle charger (6 kW or so, to charge during the night) at the hotel. It got solved though by a quick charger at the Skoda car dealer 1 km from the hotel.

Everything was wonderful. We had a great view overlooking Innsbruck. Breakfast was fantastic. Very polite folks running the place. Loved all the horses around the area.

Not a deal breaker, the bed was a little stiff, but it all was cured with an Aleve and Excedrin.:)

Aldranser Hof - A lovely place to stay in Innsbruck

Klaus, the guy at the reception is superb, informative and helpful. From helping us with the tourist related information to getting rapid antigen corona test done - he did everything. Also, he speaks excellent English. The breakfast, which was part of the package, was lavish. I gorged on it. Location was quite good. Mountain view from room was very scenic.

Probably the old wooden floors need better maintenance. Our foot steps on the floor caused a bit of disturbance to the people directly below us. It will be good to have an electric kettle in the room by default. Was not able to start the exhaust fan in the bathroom. We didn't ask for help also - probably there was a way that we missed.

The best view of the city and the gorgeous Alps

Extremely helpful and wonderful people work there, they made my stay here a pure pleasure. I recommend this place to everyone who enjoys magnificent views, loves good service and feels great watching the airplanes flying over the city and landing between mountains. Never in my life before I had a breakfast with such a breathtaking view. (You’ll know what I’m talking about, once you enter that dining area).

Good place to stay away from the city noise and relax.

The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable about the local tourist attractions and guided as well, I was quite impressed by their hospitality. Would definitely recommend this.
